Who You Are

You’re a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Kubernetes and containerized environments, focused on building and operating platforms that improve developer productivity. You have a solid background in infrastructure and platform engineering and enjoy working on systems that enable fast, reliable, and scalable software development.

You’re comfortable collaborating with platform, CI/CD, and security teams, and you care deeply about reliability, automation, and developer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain systems that power ephemeral developer environments used in both local development and CI workflows.
• Improve environment provisioning, stability, and teardown workflows to enhance developer velocity and reliability.
• Develop tools and automation for testing, debugging, and feature validation across distributed systems.
• Collaborate with Developer Productivity teams to integrate environment management with CI/CD pipelines and internal tooling.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to performance, scalability, and dependency management in developer environments.
• Contribute to observability and monitoring, including environment health, metrics, and resource utilization.
• Write and maintain high-quality documentation and internal guides to support developer onboarding and environment usage.
• Participate in design and code reviews, advocating for maintainability, reliability, and engineering best practices.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong experience building and operating containerized development environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Python or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Buildkite, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), networking, and service configuration management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to developer productivity or internal platform teams.
• Experience improving developer onboarding, environment stability, or CI integration at scale.
