Who You Are
You're a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong backend and platform engineering expertise, experienced in building and operating developer environments at scale. You focus on reliability, velocity, and developer experience, acting as a key technical partner for engineering teams that need fast, stable, and well-integrated development and CI workflows.
You are comfortable diagnosing complex infrastructure issues, building automation tooling, and driving improvements across CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and dependency management. Your work directly impacts how large engineering organizations ship and test software every day.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain systems that power cloud-based developer environments used in both local and CI contexts.
- Improve ephemeral environment provisioning, stability, and teardown workflows to enhance developer velocity and reliability.
- Develop tools and automation for testing, debugging, and feature validation across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with CI/CD, platform, and security teams to integrate environment management with internal tooling and pipelines.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to developer environment performance, scalability, and dependency management.
- Contribute to observability and monitoring of environment health, metrics, and resource utilization.
- Write and maintain high-quality documentation and internal guides for developer onboarding and environment usage.
- Participate in design and code reviews, advocating for maintainability, reliability, and engineering best practices.
