Who You Are

You are a Senior QA Automation Engineer who designs, builds, and maintains automated testing solutions for modern web applications. You are detail-oriented, proactive in identifying quality risks, and comfortable working closely with product and development teams to drive continuous improvements. You thrive in CI/CD-driven environments, write clean and maintainable test code in C#/.NET, and are motivated to raise the quality bar across every release.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI tests for web applications using Selenium WebDriver with C#/.NET.
• Create test strategies and automation plans, and maintain stable, reliable regression suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Analyze test results, report defects clearly, and follow up on resolutions with development teams.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to identify quality risks early and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure proper organization of mocks/stubs, test data, and promote reuse of test components across the suite.

What You Bring

• Proven hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (at least 5 years) for automated UI testing of web applications.
• Advanced English is mandatory, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET (including .NET Framework/.NET Core) applied to test automation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to design and document test strategies, automation plans, and regression suites from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills for test result analysis, defect reporting, and cross-team follow-up.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing Angular applications, with knowledge of front-end testing patterns.
• Familiarity with performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience with API testing and automation (REST).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software quality best practices.
• Ability and willingness to coach/mentor other QA team members.
