Who You Are

You are a Senior Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in C#/.NET and Angular, ready to take on a highly complex and challenging project. This is a hands-on individual contributor role — you own your work end to end, enforce high engineering standards without hesitation, and are comfortable pushing back constructively when something can be done better. You thrive in environments with legacy systems, technical constraints, and ambiguity, and you bring the resilience, curiosity, and accountability needed to make a real impact on a cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
• Perform thorough code reviews, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and consistency across the codebase.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, proactively flagging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead and cross-functional teams, working with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
• Actively participate in technical and business refinement sessions — contribute ideas, question assumptions, and help drive better solutions.
• Support the team in building a sustainable, scalable system that can evolve over time.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record in complex or legacy environments.
• Advanced English (at least B2) is mandatory, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core / modern versions) in production-grade applications.
• Solid experience with Angular (2+) and strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, with a deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) for version control.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and code quality practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a technical reference or informal mentor within a development team.
• Familiarity with refactoring strategies and modernization of legacy systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in enterprise environments.
• Background in highly regulated or operationally complex business domains.
