Who You Are

You are a delivery-focused Project Manager with a track record in software implementation. You are comfortable owning ERP or CRM projects end to end, coordinating internal teams and multiple vendors toward a firm go-live, and keeping executives informed in clear, business-focused terms. You bring structure to complex, multi-party programs and hold delivery to schedule, scope, and budget.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of ERP or CRM implementation projects, from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendors toward shared delivery dates.
• Manage and report on risks, actions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), and drive them to timely resolution.
• Run the reporting cadence, including status updates for both technical and executive audiences.
• Own scope and change control across the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements, configuration, testing, and training workstreams with the delivery teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact across the client, internal teams, and vendors.

What You Bring

• 3+ years managing software implementation projects, with hands-on ERP or CRM delivery (both preferred).
• Advanced English, C1 or higher, written and spoken, for day-to-day work with US-based teams.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams and multiple external vendors to shared delivery milestones.
• Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scheduling, budget and scope control, and RAID management.
• Clear executive communication, able to translate technical detail into business impact.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a consultancy or professional services firm, US or international.
• Experience coordinating internal teams of eight or more people.
• Experience managing three or more vendors on a single project.
• Delivery experience across both ERP and CRM implementations.
• PMP or an equivalent project management certification.
