Who We Are

At MAS Global Consulting, we are a premium digital engineering partner trusted by innovative startups and Fortune 100 companies, delivering high-impact solutions through agile delivery, deep technical expertise, and a strong people-first culture across the Americas.

We build long-term partnerships, not just software. MAS means "more" in Spanish, and that mindset drives our commitment to greater opportunity, inclusion, and impact.

Founded by a Latina engineer from Medellín and headquartered in Tampa, Florida, MAS Global Consulting is a 100% Hispanic and woman-owned company, recognized as a Great Place to Work and one of the Fastest-Growing Companies in the US.

Who You Are
You're a seasoned Project Manager who's spent a significant part of your career embedded in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering environments — not just managing IT projects in general, but specifically supporting the rollout of new manufacturing equipment. You're comfortable being the technical PM in the room: you understand the systems, the equipment lifecycle, and the cross-functional dependencies that come with these projects. You've led large, multi-team programs before (think 25+ team members) and know how to flex between Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid depending on what the project needs. Med Device or similarly regulated industry experience is a strong plus for you, and you may hold a PMP or similar certification, though it's not a dealbreaker if your track record speaks for itself.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with significant direct experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering supporting new manufacturing equipment projects (a true technical PM background)
  • Strong baseline PM skills: planning, scheduling, budget/resource management, risk/issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and status reporting
  • Experience leading and driving multi-functional, multi-team programs or projects (e.g., 25+ team members)
  • Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid
  • Med Device or similar regulated industry experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience with relevant systems and applications such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Camstar, or similar (desirable)
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (desirable, not required)
